Actinic V8 not opening after Vista Installation

Hi,
I have just recieved a new PC (which runs off Vista). I have installed Actinic Designer V8 but it wont open. I get the error message

'There is already a Directory C:\Program Files\Actinic v8\Sites\Site1' and therefore a new site cannot be created..'
Actinic then prompts me to delete or rename Site1 but not folder can be found.

Is this an issue with Vista or something else?

Thanks. That article worked a treat.

I uninstalled Actinic and restarted my PC.I then downloaded the latest version of V8 (8.5.3) and installed it. It is now running fine.
