Order confirmation sent to store owner not customer

    Order confirmation sent to store owner not customer

    At the moment our client's Actinic is set up to send order confirmation emails to the store owner. I'd like a copy of the order confirmation emails to be sent to the customer (and if possible the store owner as well). Is this possible? If so which setting/s do I need to change?

    Current Settings >> Business Settings >> Ordering >> Email;

    Send me an Email When I Have an Order to Download: Ticked
    Send Receipt Email to Customer: Ticked
    Send Receipt Email Copies to: orderonline@storeownerdomain.com

    Current Settings >> Business Settings >> Company/Contact >> Contact;

    Email Address: orderonline@storeownerdomain.com

    Try leaving "Send Receipt Email Copies to" field blank.

    Settings / Business Settings / Ordering / Email

    Mine is setup:
    Send me an Email When I Have an Order to Download: Ticked
    Send Receipt Email to Customer: Ticked
    Send Receipt Email Copies to: *empty*
