Creating Customer Accounts

Hi,

I may be missing something here, but, I don't understand how a customer can create an account.

I have a LogIn button which customers can click on but this asks for User Name and Password. How does the customer get the User Name and Password?

You have to create and send the details - Actinic is not a dynamic system.

Hi,

The customer would have to request an account and provide you with the details, you then enter them into the Customer Accounts tab and upload the site, you can then email them with their username and password, unfortunately Actinic does not have the facility to allow the customer to create the account themselves as the database is not live on the server.
