Choice Reference and Price

Hi All,
I am not sure what this would be called so cannot search to see if this has been addressed.
I weould like to create a drop down choice on a product, however as easy as this is I want when the choice is selected the price to change, I also want this when purchased to give me a differwent part number for each choice.
Is this possible?
I also want to be able to update the pricing of the choice using flat import sheet to keep things simple.

Why not use permutations and set the Layout to 'Include Prices'

Check the 'Component as Separate Order Line' checkbox on the components General tab.

This is core functionality which the software does as standard. If you want to make things a bit more dynamic, you'll need a javascript guide and a lot of patience if you've never done this before.
