Editing Email Templates in Actinic v8

Hi
I'd like to customise the email templates for the emails that are sent to customers after they have placed an order and when my site is sending out log-in & password info to new account customers. Can someone tell me where / how to access these templates in v8.

Have a look in the drop down list on the design tab, various emails in there.

Thanks very much Lee - as a follow-up do you know where or if it's possible to change a generated? email title (i.e the title that appears in the recipient's inbox)
