Online Help with realtime customer tracking

Just found and have implemented this bit of kit from 'Livezilla'.

It offers real-time customer tracking of visitors on the website plus an online help facility and Google GEO Tracking.

The software runs on your own server and is FREE - no set-up or monthly charges.

It appears to run ok and does not conflict with the payment bounce page (as some other software does) to the payments screen.

how long do you have this installed? is it working without interruptions to your site?

I completed it yesterday afternoon, everything seems fine, and it does not seem to affected any of the operation of the website.

The trickiest bit was configuring it to run on Actinic Hosting, but that wasn't to bad.
