Protx and SagePay emails.
I am trying toi cut down the number of emails I receive, and I continue to receive emails from SagePay/Protx everytime I maek a sale.
This does give one a nice fuzzy feeling but I have email overload.
Anyhow I wrote to the nice people at Sage Pay, and said: 'please how do I stop the emails, and they replied:
They said see page 33 of this manual

Basically there is a field of information transferred between the actinic site and Sage Pay that triggers the email and there are 3 settings:
Optional:
SendEMail
Flag
0 = Do not send either customer or vendor e-mails
1 = Send customer and vendor e-mails if addresses are provided (DEFAULT)
2 = Sent vendor e-mail but NOT the customer e-mail
If you do not supply this field, 1 is assumed and e-mails are sent if addresses are provided.
Now looking at this, I am not sure what the solution is, because i do want my customer to receive emails copies of their payments.
Does this both anyone elde.
I have also tried to get all the sagpay emails to go straight to a nice sagepay folder in outlook, but i thought I would just ask.
