Forgive me if there's a topic I've not found when trying to find an answer to my query, but any idea why 'Find Orders' won't find the orders I'm looking for?
Just upgraded to v9 thanks to Chris at www.randomriver.net - it looks very pretty .
Have discovered (thanks to a non-native speaking customer) that despite taking down the customer name correctly letter by letter the search for her order didn't work, nor did searching on postcode when trying to locate her order. (Didn't help that customer didn't know date of order or order number or even the name in which it was ordered, we tried 3 names and 1 postcode)
In the end I found it by sorting all orders alphabetically and manually looking.
Am I being exceedingly dense or have a missed a tick button on the Find Orders page to get this to work? Then to find the next order in the search has something replaced F3 (Help says it's still F3)? Or do I have a broken search?
V8 worked fine.
Thanks
