In v9.0.3 how do I remove terms and conditions info from showing in checkout pages

Hi all
Can someone tell me how I stop our terms and conditions from showing on the store's checkout pages - I can't find the box to untick!

Not 100% sure as not got actinic running at mo, but is there not a check box in business settings/terms and conditions?

Hi Parklife. Thanks for your reply. I think that used to be true in earlier versions of Actinic but it seems to have disappeared in v9.0.3?

If you want to totally remove the T&C text then go to Checkout Page 1 in Design view and delete as shown attached from the Order 01 Bulk Area layout. Backup first.
