A second beta test version of Actinic v9.0.4 has been released and is available to download from: www.actinic.co.uk/about/Beta.php4

Thus second build includes fixes for four issues reported from the first beta. See the download page for details. For full details of changes in v9.0.4 see:

If I install v904 Beta on another pc, when the v904 proper is released, will I just be able to install it over the beta version without any ill effects?

In theory yes, but to be safe you should uninstall completey and reinstall.
