Invoice Printing twice upon Order Completion

Hi.

I've had a search through, and can't find anyone else with this problem, but please excuse me if they have - I'm new to this!

We're running v8.5.2.0.0.0.HMVA (According to Help-About) and have one-click completion enabled.

When we press "Complete" we want 1 copy of the invoice printed as we use sticky labels with the delivery address as part of it. The trouble is that sometimes it prints one copy, and sometimes it prints two copies. it appears to decide for itself whether to do 1 or 2!

Can anyone offer any suggestion as we're wasting a lot of paper!

Actinic will normally print the number of copies that were last manually printed. Is there a chance that someone occasionally manually prints off a couple of copies?
