How to edit packing lists & invoices?

Just launched new store and orders are coming in - gr8t! BUT, how do i edit the packing list and invoices? Any advice greatly appreciated. Thank you

You can edit the reports in Actinic using crystal reports version 8.5 - it's not the current version and is almost impossible to buy for much less than £500 at the moment.

However if you just want to change the text on the reports, then you can do that by changing the values in design / text.

Occasionally you can pick up a copy on ebay.
I bought a Crystal Reports V8.5 for under £40 around 6 months back, although only got around to installing it yesterday.
