Product Recall

I've searched through help, knowledge base and the forums and may be blind but I can't see any way of running a report detailing customers that purchased a specific item, which I would have thought would be quite a basic function.

We may be in a situation where we have to run a product recall and need to obtain a list of customers who purchased the item within a specific timeframe.

The system is V8 multi-user business, we have keys for V9 upgrade scheduled for next week if that has additional reporting ability, although the spec. on the Actinic site doesn't say so.

I'd appreciate any help

I'd have thought you could do this in the marketing section.

Thanks Mike you're right, although it's a bit long winded you can get a list of customers through the Marketing/Mailing Lists option, then export the file.
