Help in the contact us page please.

We have the existing contact us page and experience problems with hotmail & yahoo to name a few in actually getting messages to them as they are most often spammed and have to currently have to forward to my blackberry in the hope it will work.

Could you either help us resolve this problem or help us in our quest to overcome this service issue.

We have the support suite but cannot figure how to include or indigrate it as an option for customers to request support or answers with a guaranteed response.

    Support suite

I am more than willing to pay if reasonable for one of you guys to create an easy to follow script to modify site to support this facility even if it envolves us doing the graffic & donkey work so long as we can advertise the 2 formats as a simple form or support ticket system especially for hotmail or yahoo users ect.

Hope this makes sense I just dont have the know how or time to resolve this issue and would rather help a fellow forum member.
It is fair to say if the fees are fair we are more than willing to pass more jobs your way as businesses expand.

Can you not simply embed the support suite box onto your contact us page?

One easy way that does not involve getting into the layout code is to generate a new brochure page, add a fragment to the page, and then add the code for the support into the fragment. An example of this, using 'send this file', is here http://www.toddesigns.co.uk/acatalog...transfers.html. This will bring up the page in the normal actinic navigation and you can add a link to the page anywhere within actinic.

remember you can save the pages as php and not just html, so it is possible to create you own page layout to look the same as your site with this code embedded in the page.

Sorry to appear stupid well where web design is that is probably what I am.

I can input a picture no worries but how do I put script into actinic.
I created a fragment and put a link but wanted to actually display a page within the actininc menu (page)

            http://www.freeyourmobile.biz/acatalog/test.html

Then tried to wrestle with dreamweaver
Also if I was to create a file using the actinic "template" where would I find the file to use so it is updated as actinic menus change.

            THanks

              Getting closer

I am getting closer to the solution.

Selected the brochure page I have created.
I select edit layout in dreamweaver.
              Edit dreamweaver
Whenever I edit the layout then send changes to actinic the updates appear in all bochure pages can you help please why this happens.
What I am trying to do is have additional information pages that pick up and design or menu changes from actinic.
