T&C's settign

I currently have all my T&C's listed in the checkout section with the checkbox that has to be check to agree to them.

I thought there was a setting shomewhere where you could switch this so that the T&C's were not listed but appeared in a pop-up page when a link was clicked (e.g. I agree to the T&C's listed here) but I can't seem to find it.

Am I wrong? If not can you point me to its locations.

Not sure if there is a pop-up option, but there are different setting in Design> Design Options

There's a link on Checkout Page 1 to T&C that's a popup but on Checkout Page 2 the T&C are listed in full.

You can easily modify the layout by copying the link on Page 1 to Page 2 and then removing the T&C shown on that page.

There must be a setting somewhere as I have my T&C listed in full on Checkout Page 1 and if you lick on the 'I accept the Terms and Conditions displayed below' then you jump to the list below rather than a seperate pop out page.
