Editing Variables

I have some quotes from satisfied customers that are variables and I wnat to change some of them to different quotes.

I can find the variable - Design Library/Variables/MyVariables

When I click on one of them and open it it won't let me open the "Values" tab - a question mark occurs next to the cursor. (I'm presuming this is where I change the text.)

In Business Settings - design changes is ticked.

You don't enter values on the values tab - odd as it may seem.

Check where the variable is scoped for and change the value there. In this case I'm assuming that the variable is Site scoped therefore go to Settings - Site Options and you will most likely find it listed in the properties section.

Very bizarre. Mind you I often find this with Actinic - things don't seem to be in there logical place.

Reason is in this case that the variable could be scoped to product say and would therefore need to be entered for every product.
