    Need password after update to V9.0.4JFJA

    PLEASE HELP !!!

    I have run the new version patch of V9.0.4JFJA and now it is asking me for a password to be able to open the site, but I have never used a password, I have tried ADMINISTRATOR which I saw on another thread as a default password

    I keep getting 'bad password' can anyone tell me how I find out the password so that I open the site ??

    Did you see this thread Don't want to log in !!

    1. Go to 'Settings | Business Settings'.

    2. Change to the 'Options' panel.

    3. Under 'Access on this PC' de-select 'Enable Logon and Cart Encryption'.

    4. Click 'OK'.

        Cannot open Actinic to change this setting

        Hi, Guys.
        Same problem for me (a very new user!) after upgrading to 1.0.5.

        But I cannot get into Actinic as I do not have the Site1 Password...

        So I cannot get to
        1. Go to 'Settings | Business Settings'.
        etc

        Any ideas?

          "Administrator" is the password you need.
