About 4 weeks ago I was told by Actinic that I needed to renew my shared SSL service otherwise we wont be able to take payment anymore. I did this and paid the renewal fee which was about £100
However, I was called by a customer today to advise they were getting the following error below:
Error: The specified shared SSL user ID is invalid or is not registered with this provider.
Does this mean it hasn't been renewed ? We havent changed anything in terms of Actinic and thought I should refresh the site which I did a couple on minutes ago to see if that helps...it didnt.
any ideas or has it just not be re registered or something ?
