Extended Info Page not working

I have one or two products I would like to have shown on Extended Info Page but when I fill everything in on the Extended Information page in Product Details and then click Apply, I get nothing showing on the page. I have clicked the Generate Pop Up button and filled everything in as per normal but nothing shows up on the actual page itself.
This has only happened on products I have added since upgrading to v9 - if I try to add an Extended Info Page to older products then I am able to do so. Can someone advise me what to do?

You don't see the extended info page unless you click the 'preview' button. It should be visible online though unless you have a screwed up product layout.
