I have a number of orders that have been marked as shipped, payment made, and there is nothing left to do, but they don't show up as shipped, and they will not move the complete file. Any one know how to get these orders to show completed? The only way I've been able to clear the pending page is to delete them all together and I don't like doing that. Help please.

Jane, I have a vague memory that this has come up before. I think if you compact the database and/or export the orders it brings actinic back inline.

I don't think this has been fixed in V8 so the only way you'll get them to move is to export them.
It's fixed (apparently) in V9.0.4TraceyComment
