Extended Info Pages won't open

I have put some Extended Info Pages on my site but they won't open. I have clicked all the boxes etc as per the Help files but still nothing.

you've perhaps lost the link in the layout.
Maybe compare your product layout with the original version (Design > Library > Layouts. right click 'compare with previous' )
See if you can see anything in the extended info code area that is missing in your current version.

Tracey - That's greyed out and I can't access it

well, another option is to compare with a 'standard' layout and see what differences there are in the extended info code area

found this was missing:

But the original has the text in brackets as bold blue with underline and when I type it in I can't get it like that, it is all green.

Forget about that - didn't see there was an option to put them in. Got the pop up pages coming up now but no picture in it!! Don't know what happened here! Any ideas about that?

Sorted - took all Extended Info layouts back to factory settings and it has worked
