duplicate order same order ref 2 payments

hi, have just had an order download and it came in with 2 payments allocated to the one order. Not had this happen before.
using actinic payments

checking actinic payments online admin and i can see 2 payments have gone through allocated to one unique order number.

Have contacted support and on hold,
not getting much luck this month with actinic payments
version 9.04 business

ok doing some digging with support
looking in admin panel and viewing some transaction if you look at under details/ entry type/ it should say (Entry Type Keyed - E-Commerce)

this is for all transaction made online on website

however some transaction made online are showing as (Entry Type CNP - Keyed)

this is card holder not present, this must be a bug in actinic or actinic payments and causing me headaches!
