Where is the "Check and send files" box

I have created a new website, but when I make an update of the website, the "check and send files " box doesn't appear on the screen.

I have not this problem with the order website.

Have I made something wrong?

Try changing the CGI script ID number in Web > Network Settings
For some reason, this often 'fixes' this problem.
