Tax exempt on Add New Items

HELP!

It seems now our v9 site is active, orders are coming through fine with VAT added. But if you manually add new item to order, they are all tax exempt ???

Can anyone help please ?

anyone seen this before ?? I have registered a support request, but this is causing major problems in the running of my business !! and unless I am missing something is a MAJOR bug ...

I am getting very worried about actinic 9 ......

Hmm, after turning everything off, and restarting again a few hours ago, this seems to be working now... very strange... could it be something to do with networking ? I have 2 systems sharing the same data ....

I will keep an eye on this, and if it happens again I'll let you know. (standard support answer

This is happening again now - It seems to occur when another user is connected on another PC ...
