Help required please - Mole End/Turbo Lister

Hi,

Is there anyone out there using Mole End's Mash for eBay and has sucessfully imported into eBay Turbo Lister?

I'm nearly there except that it will not import weight based calculated shipping rates and shipping providers.

Been in touch with Mole End - they are working on it but no luck so far.

Everything else seems to be ok.

Any assistance greatly appreciated.

The file exported from the mash program includes the correct values for turbolister, but the values aren't being imported. Investigations so far seem to suggest that this a bug in turbo lister, if you set up shipping details in turbo lister, export them item, remove the encoded shipping field that is exported and set it up as described in their help file, no shipping information is imported.

We use the mole-end software for ebay and have no probs. Works a treat and saves us hours of time by removing all the html code so we can simply add the descriptions into our css templates for ebay.

for the shipping, perhaps you could simply import the data and then set up a standard template in turbo lister with shipping costs.

I am using the 'new' Turbo Lister V2 - judging by the eBay forums there are loads of problems with it.

Which version of TL are you using?

If its an older version, which one is it, is it available to download anywhere that you know of, or do you have a copy?
