RSS Feed - Not Showing After Logged In

Hi All

I have an RSS Feed using Actinic's main suggested method and display the contents on a brochure page.

Method from here.

I have this working fine using PHP and the <? tags to include the RSS on a standard brochure page.

However, when a user logs into the web site, the RSS feed is no longer displayed.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

You can display the feed on either PHP or HTML pages

This could be because the logged in pages are generated by the perl scripts and this probably prevents the php from running.

Odd that Actinic would post an RSS feed link that doesnt work when logged in.

Anyone else done something similar? or should I bin it?

i'll have to ask the customer.

however, i can see the issue after trying a different method.

The perl script stops executing when it sees a > and ends.

As it's a windows server, i tried adding a reference to PHP in the Perl script, but that didnt work.

For reference, the best way around this is to use javascript - forget PHP
