Deleted section page still uploading?

We have a section page we have deleted, but when we refresh the site it still gets uploaded and causes a broken link when the site is indexed. At the moment we go in and delete the offending page manually, but thats a pain long term.

Anyone come across this bug before?

Err...yes, all the time, every time. The only solution is to set the section/product to 'Hide on website', the html page isn't removed by Actinic on upload/refresh even if you mark it as deleted. This means we still get enquiries about product ranges we have already deleted from the site unless somebody remembers to FTP into the site and remove the offending html file manually.

Delete the acatalog folder and cgi bin contents via ftp and then do a:
Help | Troubleshooting | Purge and Refresh

See if that sorts it out.
