User Prompt - GeneralPrompt002

Hi,

I have added a label to the User Prompt fields "GeneralPrompt002" available in the General Information section of Actinic 9, this appears on my site but is not available to view when I download orders. How can I make this available as part of the order download, or how can I view what the customer has entered?

What is the information you are wanting?

Could you not use 'Other Info Question' under 'Prompts' when your on a product?

This was a bug in 9.0.3 - not sure if has been fixed with the latest release. The bug only relates to the label display in the order in Actinic though, so if the customer enters the information on your website it will appear in your order, just with the wrong label (the default one).
