Change standard invoice format

How can I remove customer email and phone numbers from the invoice to and deliver to boxes on the standard invoice that ships with actinic 8.5.2? While I am asking about invoices how can I put my corporate logo at the top and remove my written company name?

If you contact Actinic support, they should be able to give you a copy of the invoice with those fields removed.
