Multi User V9

Hi,

Is there a new installation guide for Multi User V9 ?

I purchased Business Plus, and an extra user license, but only received 1 key.

Am I installing the same software on both PC's ? as I seen mentioned in V8 you needed 2 different versions of software ?

I have set the main site to 'share sites folder' it is network shared. and I have added 2 usernames and passwords. The main system is fine, however when I run the second PC (same software and key installed) it asks for the password then just sits doing nothing ...

I have seen this before, but noted this statement at the beginning of the page.

Austin, please call Actinic and select the "Billing enquiries" option to sort out the license key issue.

I've pointed out the issue of v8 installation being covered but not v9 to the appropriate person.
