    refreshing actinic catalog. please help

    when I try to refresh, after REVIEWS FILES, the box disappears and I get the following error detail: any idea how I can fix it?

    Try compacting the database.
    Otherwise you may have to revert back to your last good snapshot.

      I have tried compacting the database as well. still same problem.
      I can not go back to my good data base, as I have not backed it up and it is is GONE.
      Reason I am refreshing is because i increased prices.

        Copy the database as a backup then if you have MS Access...

        Close Actinic.
        Open MS Access and select to compact and repair.

        If still no joy then best contact Actinic support.

          any reason you dont take snapshots?
