Actinic Assistant Greyed Out In DW8

I have got Dreamweaver 8 and noticed that the Actinic Assistant menu options are greyed out. I am using Actinic 9.0.3.0.0.0.IMMA Business Plus.

I have uninstalled the extension and reinstalled it but it still doesn't work.

Is actinic open when you are in DW?
