Offline Order Processing - removing discounts

Just recently I have introduced a site discount of 5% for all order over £100. Basically an order level discount with no coupon code.

This seems to be working well and my average order value has risen.

The problem comes when I want to process a manual order direct onto Actinic - how do I remove the discount as I use this method to process the odd wholesale order.

hmm, two ways I can think of...

Simple way- complete the order offline including the discount , then open the order switch to the line items tab and delete the discount, this will rework the totals to the correct amounts, the total tab will reflect this.

Really simple way- turn off the discount and then put the order throuhg, this will in no way affect the online site as an upload needs to done for changes to be reflected ( I'm sure you must have thought of this )


Else i'll need to add a whish list item for some sort of checkbox on the MOTO form.
