I'd like to be able to trigger an event when a customer completes an order. This event would be triggered by the customer completing the purchase of certain products (presumably driven by when the receipt page is shown following completion of the payment process).
Basically I want to be able to automatically email the customer some additional material that they need as part of that product delivery that cannot be delivered via the electronic download file.
Is this possible? If so, is this something that is straightforward for us to add in to our actinic code (we are software developers so comfortable with editing code) - or if this is a bit esoteric is there an actinic developer who could assist us?
