    weird checkout page

I moved this as I think the layout section was probably the wrong place to post so sorry if you have already read this one.

Hi all, I have been wondering why I haven't recieved any orders on my new site and think I have figured out why. The problem is I don't know how to fix it.

When you go to checkout the page layout goes all wrong. Any ideas why? From reading other posts I think it may be to do with using SSL on checkout, however I Can not see any way to fix it.

    thanks, Mark.

almost forgot, the site is http://www.juststairs.co.uk

File references need to be relative most likely. But if the site is trashed and believe me it's a real shocker at the moment, why not try a quick fix and switch off SSL and see if that makes a difference? You certainly haven't a single sale to lose at this time, so get back to basics and leave it off and see if you can get the site something like back to normal.

It looks as if the web server isn't 'shadowing' (or whatever the right phrase is) all the images, css file, javascript files etc.

This should all be explained in the ssl setup instructions.

PS. Collecting the Card details on the webpage is unlikely to be PCI compliant, even using SSL. You need to setup a PCI compliant psp.

Hi, I have removed the ssl from the checkout pages and it works fine. I iwll look into the PSP, Actinic actually called me Monday about there package, however I was a bit cautious as to costings.
Is there any way of a quick fix whilst till keeping the SSL?
        thanks, Mark.

          OK, fixed it.
On my virtual server (plesk) it has the option of storing the ssl and non sll content in the same folder, I had this deselected. Now I have selected it the checkout is working correctly.
