Hi again,

I wondered if it was possible in Actinic to have the 'recepit email copy' that I recieve to contain the 'from' address as the customers email?not my email address - so it is a simple click to reply.



Im guessing NO, is there someone who can do a custom job on this problem?

This would fall foul of spam rules if it did this, a change was made in 904 becuase of exactly this. Email needs to be headed from who sent it for trouble free operation.

This is actually a strange one - I had a moan about this a few weeks ago as it creates a problem the fix has solved in a roundabout way - though just this morning, there's two e-mails come in that when I clicked Reply, the customers 'from' e-mail was set to the 'to' e-mail, so I didn't have to copy/paste the e-mail from the email body into the To field.

Perhaps I have hard-coded a contact form on another site which uses the old mail form or something? Consider me confused
