Quantities need to be eg 1.5, 1.8

Hi,

I'm looking to upgrade to V9 but cant see if the issue of allowing quantities to be added as fractions eg 1.5 metres rather than whole numbers has been addressed. Is this now an option in V9?

I have an add-on "Sell by Length or Area". This allows you to sell items where the price is calculated from either:

The exact area ordered. Price calculated per square metre.

The length needed to be cut from a roll. Price calculated per linear metre.

The customer entered values can be fractional.
