Cost / Sub-Total / Total BLANK!

I have just been informed by a customer that the Cost / Sub-Total and Total boxes on our shopping site do not fill in and when they are asked to put in their card number there is no total either. I get the Quantity and Price but nothing else. What could have caused that to happen?

The text is the same colour as the background.

Remove the inline style setting the color on the span tag around the totals.
You can do this in Design - Shopping Cart.
