Exporting Actinic CSV files for Tradebox Finance Manager?

Can anyone help me with exporting Actinic csv files for Tradebox Finance Manager? The csv files I've found I can export don't contain all the data in one file - I might be doing something wrong, hopefully someone can point me in the right direction? The fields I need are:

    Customer Name
    Delivery Address (multiple fields)
    Billing Address (multiple fields)
    Stock Code (or item description)
    Quantity
    Item Price
    Item VAT
    Carriage Amount
    Carriage VAT
    Order ID
    Customer Email
    Customer Telephone
    Order Date
    Customer VAT Number
    Payment Method
    Shipping Method
    Message (delivery instructions etc)

Have you got MS Access on your Actinic PC? If so, you can open the database (.mdb) file in the Site1 folder and look at the tables in there to find what you are looking for - you'll need to look at the 'Order', 'Order Detail' and 'Customer' tables. Use the Query Wizard to set up a view containing all the data you need and then export that as a csv file. If you don't have Access, you can actually do the same thing through Excel, using the Data > Get External data tools.

Stuck with a problem of the UserDefinedProperties table on this - I have a variable that stores the product model number so I did a query based on the nVariableID but I am getting duplicate sValue numbers but for different sContentId numbers - in Actinic I'm sure I checked that the variable contains different content for each of the duplicates shown in the query - so I'm slightly baffled how it all works? Can anyone explain how this table works?
