Homepage best seller error...

I have uploaded a new best seller in position three but it seems to have left remnants of the previous product with an image error, I have changed the product several times, completely refreshed the site but this error wont shift!

It appears this one item is locked there with errors that wont allow it to move from the published site, yet the preview is fine?

Any ideas?

Probably a local caching error, looks ok to me, although i am guessing as to what we are supposed to be seeing .

Lee after a couple of hours it sorted itself out, I guess it was as you say or maybe the server not showing the changes straight away. The issue showed on all PC's here so wasnt just my machine but all fixed now thanks.
