Emails From SoapBox

Hi

Has anyone had any experience of setting up the email from SoapBox to invite reviews with Dear FirstName in the email that is then generated through Actinic rather than Dear Mr Joe Bloggs?

Have searched hi and lo for the right actinic variable to add to the body of the Soapbox email template but to no avail.

Any help would be extremely appreciated.

Briliant news. Andy at Codepath has responded like lightening to my request and I have just tested a new version which allows for selectable salutations to be included in the invitation emails. These include:

Dear Firstname Surname - Dear John Smith
Dear Salutation Surname - Dear Mr Smith
Dear Firstname - Dear John

This is a great enhancement to a briliant product and great addition to the site. I must also say that Andys customer service is first class.

Not sure if Andy has posted up the latest version on his site yet but I am sure he will let us know here as an when he does.
