outstanding products report modifications

Hi - I had the following from a client today. My understanding is this is not possible, Can anybody confirm this?

Is there any way we can change the outstanding products report so that we can get more lines to a page? Currently it only fits 7 items to 1 page of A4, when we are busy this uses a lot of paper and makes the picking process longer for the guys in the warehouse.

Also could the list come alphabetically in product name order rather than reference number order?

You can make the line sizing smaller to fit more lines on the page. You would need crystal reports v8.5 to do this.
