yes that waswhat i understood, but i haven't heard A announce support for 7 to be dead yet.

people post here and say they couldn't get help from support for 6 and under, but i havent seen any posts re 7 as such. but that is different to adding crucial fixes to software.

maybe A can confirm?

Just to confirm, version 7 is no longer supported via the free email support - it stopped at the end of last month. Telephone support for version 7 will run until the end of this year (31 December).
