    Integrated Labelling

    Hi,

Now that I am completely fed up with stuffing Packing lists into 'Document Enclosed' envelopes for the delivery address, can anyone out there offer any thoughts on printing intergrated labels using the Mole End plug in?

Specifically, bearing in mind in the IT evolutionary scale I'm somewhere between Amoebae and Plankton(!):

    1. Is the software easy to install/use?
    2. Do the labels print OK without getting caught in the printer?
    3. If I go ahead then I'm thinking I will only need to print out the invoice report, not the packing list, but then the order will not show as complete, again is this easy to fix?
    4. Any other issues/problems?

Any help out there gratefully received....thanks(!)

    Ian.

I've been using them for a few years, would not be without them now!

The software could not be any easier to set up, honestly.

I do occasionally have paper jams but I think that's more my printer TBH - I do always fan the label side before inserting though, which probably helps.

You can complete the order without printing the packing list, just tick the box in business settings.

And to be fair to Mole End, shipments do come next day if ordered early enough

        Jo/Nicola,

Thats great, thanks for your thoughts, sounds like I'll go ahead too then.

One last question, I have already seen some debate here over best quality/value supplier for the sheets with labels....any thoughts?

To be honest, I have brought a number of cheaper ones but now going back to moleend as they appear better quality and although more expensive they do offer a first class service in all their products

I switched from doc enclosed to intergrated labels a few years ago, I am not a technical whizz but it is very easy, easier now that when I started. I use a mix of mole end and http://www.integrated-label.co.uk/ (pickitpackit.co.uk)

i used jans stuff, the simple to use installer for either invoices or packing lists with one label works best for me.

I dont actually print any invoices these days, if someone asks for one i email them a pdf. One sheet of paper with a sticker job done
