Customer Login Problem - getting worse !

I have customers reporting everyday that their login no longer works and an error message appearing on screen saying that there maybe a problem with their browser.

This is becoming very annoying to me and customers and it is losing me business - so why is it happening and how can I solve it

I have to refresh the website and usually change the customers password to make this go away

Very time consuming and annoying !

I have checked all virus's and issues and it is purely Actinic refusing to allow these login's to work.

As i said if I change the password and/or refresh the website it can be sorted

But doing this 2,3,4 times a day is a problem

Which browser are they using? All the same or a variety?

I beleive this has been reported before and there may have been a possible solution, but I wanted to know if others have expereince this as it is not much fun

Which version of IE?

It's been reported before - who to? Support or the forum? If it's the forum then I'd have thought a search will reveal the solution?
