Extra order in Google Analytics Ecommerce

Hi

I've just switched on the standard Actinic v9 Google Analytics code which is great although this morning in the ecommerce section Google Analytics is displaying the SKU and product name of a product we definately haven't sold (e.g. haven't downloaded an order in Actinic). Again anyone had this before?

Is it something they have ordered and not paid for i.e. in pending payment

Hi Chris

I checked in the pending payment providers but nothing in there.

Also it should only provide information in GA from transactions hitting the receipt page so pending payment shouldn't impact it. Although I know what you mean!

I'm going to check to see if a payment has been taken in worldpay or paypal but got lost on the server however this has not happened before.
