    Help!

    We have recently been trying to get actinic to run on 2 computers, and after exporting an image on the original computer, we have lost the ability to upload our site, or download orders. This is a big bad. Please could someone tell us what to do to fix it? We have lots of backups.

    You will need to provide a bit more info than that to help.

    If you exported the site (i.e. a snapshot) to the 2nd machine, have you done anything on the original machine, as that should continue to function as it did before if you have not changed anything.

    What exactly is the error message you are getting, or is it that options are no longer accessible, i.e. greyed out or no longer available as options etc etc?

      It's OK now thanks, I managed to re-enable it throught the business options tabs and the developer options tabs. =]
