Blank screen after transaction

When someone has bought from us and completed all the various stages, they click the 'done' button it then goes to a blank page. The transaction has gone through OK but we do get some customers asking if all was ok.

Can you tell me how we can get Actinic to go back to say our home page.

Hi, Thanks for this, I checked this and it says to go to our homepage after completed or aborted.. ...but for some reason it just doesn't. Is there somewhere else it needs to be configured maybe ?

Not as far as i know, sounds like something is broken, probably a good idea to register a support query on the actinic site and get them to look at it.
