V9.04 actinic mollases Slow

Just tried upgrading 7.06 to 9.04

Tried website preview, slow, very slow,

errors show on screen then disappear so I can't fix.

Deleted Nortree code and it was a little faster, but not much.

Everything is slow in V9.04

I have a dual processor, 4gig ram, 15000rpm scsi

nothing else open

I turned off check nested

I've compacted

Checking files,errors found/ disappears/

checking files V9.04/ errors found/ disappears/ show for a few seconds, then blank white screen.
