Extended info pages html not compacted

Hi,

Can anyone in Actinic Towers confirm that the html for extended info pages is not compacted. If not, why not?

All my other pages are compacted, it's just the extended info pages that aren't.

This was also the case in v7 too.

I like to comment my design code but don't really want that in the upload. And there is lots of un-needed white space, especially where dropdowns are used.

You're quite right, the HTML of extended information pages is not compacted. I'm not sure why not, I was not aware of it until now. Probably it was overlooked when the functionality was first developed, which was quite a few versions ago. AFAIK it's not been raised before, at least not recently.

I will record it now as an issue, but TBH it's unlikely to be fixed in the near future.
